Therapy for Adults
I draw on my training in Psychodynamic therapy models to help you make connections between past experiences and current behaviors, feelings or relational patterns, and I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions to help you develop techniques to notice and change those unhelpful behavior or thought patterns.
Please note that my areas of focus for adult clients are: managing attachment relationships (considering your patterns from childhood and how they are enacted today), increasing a bond with your child; and managing stress, anxiety or depression during the perinatal phase (family planning through toddlerhood).
